Each day left a mark on me—witnessing the courage and strength of Vietnamese women, these petite yet incredibly strong ladies, the work they do in the rice fields... I can still see them on the roads, walking behind the buffalos. The night on the junk was wonderful, the waterfall on the Chinese border—wow, breathtaking! We had an excellent guide and a truly outstanding driver, and of course, not forgetting our very own Gilles, without whom I wouldn’t have been there. He was with us from beginning to end—absolutely fantastic! I’ve already recommended him to my friends and, if God wills, probably again next year.
A beautiful life adventure, wonderful human encounters, discovering local crafts in every village we visited, stunning landscapes, and above all, great organization! Thank you to Gilles, our guide Hiep, and not to forget our driver.
