When to go

Best times to visit

From November to February, the North usually enjoys milder temperatures and drier weather. March and April are very hot. Rainfall patterns vary between the Gulf of Thailand, the Andaman Sea, and inland regions.

Before you go

Good to know

The heat calls for regular breaks and good hydration. Train, road, and boat connect the regions. For temple visits, plan to wear covering clothes and easy-to-remove shoes.
